To maintain our commitment to rapid innovation, quality development, and responsive customer support, we operate with a streamlined business structure. This means our legal and administrative processes are designed to be efficient, standardized, and scalable.
The time and resources involved in negotiating bespoke contracts are significant, so our agreement policies are intentionally focused on standardization. This allows our teams to dedicate more effort to improving our products, ensuring all customers benefit equally from our advancements.
Pre-Purchase Agreements
Pre-purchase agreements are contracts or documents requested before a purchase or subscription—such as nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), evaluation terms, or custom legal forms.
To ensure consistency and efficiency, Cloudize does not enter into pre-purchase agreements.
Our standard End User License Agreement (EULA) already includes provisions covering evaluation use, confidentiality, and data protection. These terms apply automatically once an evaluation or trial product is installed or accessed, offering the same level of protection typically requested in separate pre-purchase documents.
Customized License Agreements
Cloudize recognizes that some enterprise customers may require limited contractual modifications.
To support this, we offer a structured Agreement Wizard that highlights the specific sections of the EULA open for customization. This process minimizes negotiation time and ensures legal clarity for both parties.
Access to the Agreement Wizard is available to customers who purchase or plan to purchase Enterprise Support.
- If negotiations are unsuccessful, there is no obligation to proceed with the Enterprise Support purchase.
- All negotiations must be concluded within a reasonable timeframe; if not, Cloudize reserves the right to charge additional administrative fees.

Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality (NDA)
Section 7 of our End User License Agreement includes comprehensive NDA-style confidentiality clauses.
When sharing sensitive materials with any Cloudize or Professionalize team member, simply label them as “Confidential Information”—they will be handled with the highest level of care and privacy in accordance with our EULA.
Cloudize does not sign separate NDAs beyond the confidentiality assurances already included in our standard agreements.
Questionnaires and Administrative Forms
To maintain operational efficiency, Cloudize and Professionalize do not complete lengthy vendor questionnaires or custom administrative forms.
Where possible, we provide links to relevant documentation (security, privacy, or compliance) available on our websites. If your organization requires specific paperwork for procurement, we can connect you with a certified reseller who can assist with those forms and facilitate the purchase on our behalf.
