File Retention Policy

Professionalize allows users to upload files for AI-driven automation, processing, or other document-related operations. This policy outlines how we handle the retention and deletion of those files.

All files uploaded to the platform are retained for a maximum of 24 hours before being automatically deleted. During this period, files are accessible only to the user who uploaded them and remain private and secure.

*Note: The file retention policy described above outlines our general approach to file storage for users. This policy does not affect the right of Professionalize to request any account holder to remove content, as outlined in section 5.2 of our Terms of Service.*
